This year's theme, Experience the Power of Mentorship, shines a spotlight on Children's Mentoring Connection's School-Based Mentoring Program with focus on our high school mentors where dedicated high school students step into the role of mentor, offering encouragement, friendship, and consistency to younger children each week. These remarkable young leaders are proving that you don't have to wait until adulthood to make a lasting difference. Through simple conversations, shared laughter, and dependable support, they are building confidence, inspiring hope, and creating meaningful connections that can last a lifetime.
